A two hour women’s circle woven with ritual, story, sound & ceremony ~ infused with intention, sisterhood & the heart opening medicine of mama cacao. This sacred space is a gentle invitation to slow down, turn inward & connect with the deep rhythms of your body.

Winter Solstice, a powerful threshold & transition, as Mama Earth softens into her cocoon of the darkest and most inward moment of the year ~ we are invited to pause, reflect, release & reconnect with the quiet wisdom that lives within. In circle & ceremony, we honour & come home to ourselves, to each other and to the ancient cycles reflected in & all around us ~ we are called to slow down, to rest and to listen.
