This is a sacred space, where you can slow down, soften, reconnect with your body & remember the wisdom you carry within.
Through a weaving of embodied practices, yoga, breath, meditation, sound healing, self~inquiry, ritual, ceremony & sisterhood, we will soften in to our feminine essence and come home to our truest sense of self.
Together, we’ll honor our unique rhythms & create space for healing, presence and deep belonging. All of you is welcome here.

I’m Holly,
Mama to a magical little soul, Wilder. Together, we live in rhythm with Mother Earth ~ in ceremony, ritual and deep reverence for the sacred woven through everyday life.
My heart comes alive when I’m creating and holding space for women to feel truly seen. Where something ancient and real can rise ~ where we move, feel, shed, soften, speak and remember.
I am a passionate, intuitive, sacred space-holder, here to guide women home to themselves & bring sisters together in divine union ~ gently, deeply and in devotion to the wisdom already within.
Like you, I’ve walked through seasons of disconnection, overwhelm and questioning my place in the world. There are times I feel out of rhythm with my body, my emotions and even my purpose. But through slowing down, listening deeply, embracing the cyclical nature of being a woman & dropping in to the rhythms of my body ~ I find my way back home to myself, over & over again.
This journey isn’t about fixing what is “broken.” It’s about remembering who we truly are beneath the noise and conditioning ~ a woman rooted in wisdom, softness and sovereignty.
From this lived experience, I create & hold sacred space for women like you ~ women ready to shed the layers & armor, reclaim their bodies, their rhythms, their power & their softness.
